I warn you its freakin weird.
I also remember snorting huge lines of Ketamine then watching Sin City, that was also very weird, i'm not actually sure if it was good or not, I certainly didn't know what the fuck was going on at the time. its just one of those things that stick with you.
Anyway this is becoming a good list. Ill add another list of mind bending films that I found on the intertubes and have been working my way through:

The Saragossa Manuscript - absolutely insane. if you can put up with black and white with no fx you might like it. Think of it almost like a book, listen to the story and try to get into it!

I'v had a hard time chosing a movie tonight so I roamed the 5 pages of this post... and God, what's all the hype with clockwork orange & natural born killers?
They are for me the two only movies that I *had* to stop mid way (2nd rape scene for kubrick's and when the the couple is on top of a brige for the latter)... Not that I don't like violence, I actually believe it's underrated as a problem solver, but hum... Meaningless violence, that I didn't want to watch.

I would have to disagree and say that in Natural Born Killers and Clockwork Orange, the violence was far from being meaningless. Both films are comments on violence in our society.
